Provides the Basis/Foundation for creating awareness and the beginning of doing things a little bit differently and forming new habits “Awareness leads to action”

KINDLE

Building on the foundation laid in Spark, we dive deeper into applying new practices related both to diet and movement. We start to gain momentum as we move into the third phase – Burn – where we dive into lifestyle factors which affect our health and wellness.

BURN

As new practices become habits which fit into our lives, we begin to look at the other factors of health like stress, sleep, supplements, and more. We start developing and improving these areas in ways which are sustainable. As we move into Phase 4 – Blaze, we are burning a trail into your new future!

BLAZE

Everything comes together in this final phase. This is where you will see your goals become reality and you will realize the fullness and freedom of life which is attainable through discipline and grace. You will complete The Nutrition Project having developed a lifestyle that is both fulfilling and sustainable.

Angela DiBrito holds a Level 1 Certification from Precision Nutrition, is a graduate of Dr. Josh Axe’s Institute of Nutritional Leadership, and has learned from numerous experts in the field at Paleo f(x) – a national Paleo symposium. She is an avid health and wellness advocate, and is passionate about educating and helping others to be proactive about their overall wellness. She overcame her own personal health issues with the Paleo Diet, and started Paleo Spectrum to help others become the healthiest versions of themselves too. Since The Paleo Diet is not meant to be a “one size fits all” program, Angela uses it simply as a springboard, and great care is taken to discover each individual’s personal Paleo Spectrum. It’s not just about what you eat – sleep, stress, play, exercise, and more all play a part in our overall health and well-being! 

When does the Nutrition Project start and finish?
The course starts once your registration is complete and payment is received and will continue as long as you desire to participate! The Nutrition Project is evergreen – meaning you can jump in and start at the beginning at any time!

How long does the Nutrition Project last?
The Nutrition Project is a year long program broken down into 3 month phases, so be sure to begin with Spark – Phase 1 for the best success rate and continue in this order: Kindle – Phase 2, Burn – Phase 3 and Blaze – Phase 4.

Do I have to commit to the entire year?
Not if you don’t want to! You’re welcome to participate in 1 or 2 or 3 or all of the Phases – it’s entirely up to you!

How long will I have access to Nutrition Project course and materials?
For as long as you’d like! Your monthly payment insures your access to all features and resources!

Do you issue refunds?
If you are unsatisfied for any reason during the first 30 days, we will issue you a full refund. We are here to serve and we aim to please! So we hope you will give us the opportunity to correct any issues and fix any problems by contacting us and providing your feedback/constructive comments before leaving the Nutrition Project.

In January, Angela DiBrito of Paleo Spectrum, joined the Crossfit team. She changed the way I eat AND I am so excited that the thyroid nodules I have had for 10 yrs are GONE! My thyroid is acting normal and everything else is normal! So, I can not recommend her and her program more!! And of course, a side effect, was shedding some pounds…call her!!!

I have participated in a few food challenges in the past, so I had an idea of how “clean eating” might go. However, I had no idea that it could be so easy with the help of weekly grocery lists, numerous recipes, and the support of someone like Angela – whether it was in our meetings, or a quick message to her to ask about a specific product or a food substitute…or simply to say “I want cake!!!”…with her response of encouraging words that it is likely “not worth it”!!! I have lost over 15 pounds on my journey with Paleo Spectrum, and I continue on a program with Angela to this day to keeping chipping away the pounds. However, most importantly is how good I feel, knowing that I am fueling my body with good food and providing the same for those nearest and dearest to me.
